I would like to take this time to write this letter of support and reference for Cristy Guy.    I have worked with Cristy for two years now, and she has been a great addition to the Hallmark Photography team.

Cristy is a very unique talent. With her fun sense of style, she always brings something new to each project. She is very trend aware and is constantly researching the market. Working with color and pattern is one of her strengths. No matter how simple the shoot, she always shows up on the set with something to add to the mix. She is constantly putting her heart into her work.

Cristy’s great attitude is always welcome on the set. She works well adapting to the needs of each individual project, as well as each individual crew. Cristy is very organized and efficient, especially on location. She is reliable, smart, quick and very resourceful. It is wonderful to work with someone who communicates so effortlessly. On stressful shoots it’s important to have someone with a natural intuition, or almost “mind reading” ability. Cristy surprises me with this skill quite often.

I have been in this business for twelve years. I have worked as a Stylist, and also an Art Director. I was freelance for nine years in both the New York and Seattle markets, and currently, on staff for Hallmark for the last three years. I have worked with all types of people. I can tell when someone is just passing through this business or if someone has staying power. Cristy is just beginning to make her mark. Her energy and excitement are contagious, and she is here to stay.
